I’m a Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor (LPCC) and Licensed Individual Chemical Dependency Counselor (LICDC) in Ohio. I am a Licensed Professional Counselor (LPC) in Arizona. I specialize in helping high-performing people who look “fine” on the outside but feel anxious, burned out, or emotionally depleted on the inside. My style is practical, grounded, and compassionate.
